Individual Coaching
We provide individual endurance coaching TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS!
Whether you are looking to complete your first triathlon, race a new distance, earn a podium, win age group races, or qualify for the World Championships we are as passionate as you are about achieving your goals.
We take athletes from all over the globe, so regardless of where you live, we are able to provide you with the tailored coaching and support you need to achieve your goals.
Free Consultation:
Our team will provide a 1-on-1 consultation on Zoom to discuss your targets and better understand your long-term goals.
Full Training Review:
We will begin by reviewing your current training regime, to better understand your present workload and to help us decide what aspects of your current training should improve.
Provide Tailored Training Block:
We then provide a detailed Training Block that is custom made for you, to help you achieve your specific race goals. This is followed up with constant revisions based on user feedback. We use the Training peaks software to design and upload your sessions. These will be uploaded on a monthly or bi-weekly basis and reviewed daily to ensure your fatigue and fitness levels are appropriately managed.
Heart Rate Zone Testing & Analysis:
We provide our athletes with performance testing, that sets a benchmark of current fitness and equips the athlete with evidence-based data on their individual physiology to direct your training programme and maximise performance.
Group Training/Seminars
We provide corporate triathlon and run coaching.
